Purpose in the Blood Social

Return to the app

Version 1.0 · Effective October 22, 2026

1. Operator and agreement

Purpose in the Blood Social is operated by Purpose DNA and Health LLC, 715 Pendleton St, Greenville, SC 29601. Contact info@PurposeDNA.com for support, privacy requests, safety reports, copyright notices or questions about these terms.

These terms describe the service and the conditions of participation. Review these terms, the Community Rules and the Privacy Notice. When you check the agreement box and select Accept, you agree to these terms and the Community Rules and acknowledge receiving the Privacy Notice. Merely opening a page, receiving an update or having an existing account does not record acceptance. You may print or save the policy pages. If you do not agree, do not submit acceptance; contact support about your choices or use the account-data controls to export or delete your app data.

2. Accounts and age boundaries

Provide accurate account information, including age, and protect your sign-in account. Do not impersonate another person, share access to private account areas or bypass an access restriction. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly without sending a password.

Accounts under age 13 are not permitted. Members aged 13–17 are limited to the separate study experience; adult networking, messaging, Prayer Warriors and business participation are unavailable to teen profiles. Teen community groups remain paused. A minor should review these terms with a parent or legal guardian and obtain any permission required for their use. The app's acceptance button does not verify guardian identity or substitute for a legally required guardian authorization. Do not misrepresent age or approach minors through adult community features.

3. Current service and availability

Current features include devotionals, Bible reading and study, personal reflections, games, adult prayer/community participation, free event registration, directories and sharing tools. Follow the availability and audience controls shown in the app. Some features require device permissions, a supported browser or an accepted connection.

Radio, selectable devotional background music, professional narration, Scripture voice alarms, paid events and built-in video hosting remain deferred. Membership billing is not active. No trial, recurring charge or purchase is authorized by accepting these terms. Any future paid offering requires its own complete price, consent, cancellation and other applicable billing information before charging.

Notifications and reminders are assistance tools, not dependable wake-up alarms or emergency services. Device permissions, volume, quiet hours, limits, connectivity and system settings affect delivery and sound. Devotional dispatch runs hourly, so custom times may arrive up to an hour late. Maintenance and outages may interrupt service; no uninterrupted or around-the-clock availability is promised.

4. Prayer, study and support boundaries

Prayer, encouragement and study content do not guarantee healing, employment, financial success, answered requests or another result. A prayer acknowledgment means a member reported praying. Game points and blessings do not measure faith or spiritual worth.

Scripture quotations and explanatory commentary are distinct. The Purpose Assistant searches app instructions and the existing study library; it is not an unrestricted AI adviser and can miss or misinterpret a question. Read source passages and seek an appropriately qualified person when needed.

The app does not provide emergency response, clinical records, diagnosis, treatment, legal representation or a professional-confidentiality relationship merely through membership, prayer or a directory listing. For immediate danger, contact appropriate local emergency services. Do not delay appropriate professional help while waiting for an app reply.

5. Your content and limited permission to operate the service

You retain the ownership rights you hold in your words, images and recordings. Submit only material you own, have permission to use, or may otherwise lawfully use. Obtain appropriate permission before sharing another person's identifiable details, private message, image or recording.

You grant Purpose DNA and Health LLC a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to host, store, copy, technically format, display and deliver your submitted material only as needed to provide, secure, moderate and recover the app in accordance with your selected audience and the Privacy Notice. Service providers may perform those functions for us under appropriate restrictions. This is not a sale of your work or a license to use private content in advertisements, sponsor creative or unrelated model training.

The permission ends when the content is removed from the active service through supported deletion, except for restricted backups, necessary case evidence or a specific preservation need described in the Privacy Notice. Copies already lawfully delivered to another participant or downloaded elsewhere cannot always be recalled. Public invitation cards and screenshots are not revocable simply because the original link is revoked. Promotional reuse requires separate permission.

App branding and original materials belong to their respective rights holders; Scripture and third-party datasets retain their stated source and licensing status. You may use app materials for their intended personal study and participation purposes, subject to those licenses and any applicable legal exceptions. These terms do not transfer ownership of third-party material to us or remove rights you independently hold.

6. Privacy, visibility and sharing

The Privacy Notice explains collection, storage, access, retention, backups and account choices. Choose the audience for community material carefully. Private journals, direct messages, prayer requests and public invitations have different access rules. Operator access needed for administration, safety, support and recovery is described in the notice; the service is not represented as end-to-end encrypted.

Networking visibility does not authorize public profile sharing. A personal invitation requires its separate sharing choice, with an optional photo. Revoking a link cannot recall screenshots or copies. Do not use someone else's sensitive information as a prayer request or upload patient files, credentials, full tax identifiers or payment-card data.

Acceptance records identify the policy versions and time your signed-in account selected Accept. They do not authorize marketing, payments, public profile sharing or optional device permissions. Export and app-data deletion include these account records under the same account-data process.

7. Independent businesses, providers, events and sponsors

The marketplace is a directory. Purchases occur through each business's external links. The seller is responsible for its own payment terms, fulfillment, returns and disputes. External sites and meeting services have their own terms and privacy practices. Evaluate the destination and its provider before using it.

A directory review, business registration, professional title or sponsor placement does not guarantee competence, safety, quality or results. A self-reported occupation is not a verified license. Independent providers are responsible for their credentials, permitted scope of practice and professional arrangements. App membership alone does not create a provider-client relationship.

Free events remain subject to capacity, organizer information and cancellations. Keep private meeting links private. Sponsorship applications do not purchase a campaign or form a commercial agreement. Identify material promotional relationships clearly; do not claim sponsorship, endorsement or approval that was not given. Honest criticism is permitted under the Community Rules.

8. Misuse, review and reconsideration

Follow the Community Rules. We may review reported material and use available controls to remove inappropriate content, block interactions or pause/reject a listing or campaign for safety, rights or rule violations. Measures must be consistent with applicable requirements. We do not promise an automated account-suspension system or continuous review of every conversation.

Use Report and Block where available. For reconsideration of an operator decision, email info@PurposeDNA.com with the relevant content or case identifier and a concise explanation. Do not send unrelated sensitive records. The operator will review the available facts; no immediate response or particular outcome is guaranteed. We may restrict disclosure of another person's private information or security details when explaining a decision.

9. Copyright and other concerns

Send rights concerns to info@PurposeDNA.com. Identify the work or right involved, the location of the disputed material, your relationship to the right holder and a way to contact you. Describe the basis for your concern accurately. We will evaluate the report and any additional information required by the applicable process. This contact route is not a representation that a statutory designated-agent registration has been completed.

10. Ending use, changes and preserved rights

You may stop using the service. Export supported records or confirm app-data deletion through Privacy & account data; contact support if a request fails. App-data deletion does not delete your Purpose in the Blood Social account. Necessary retention, restricted backups and recipient copies are addressed in the Privacy Notice.

Changes will be dated and versioned on the policy pages. Material changes requiring new agreement will be presented for a fresh choice; an old acceptance is not acceptance of rewritten terms. Any needed separate consent remains separate. If a feature is materially withdrawn, we will explain the change through available in-app notices or support as appropriate to the circumstances; no unavailable paid service is promised.

South Carolina law governs these terms to the extent permitted, without displacing mandatory protections applicable to a member. You may contact support to seek a practical resolution, but doing so is not a prerequisite to a legal remedy and does not pause a legal deadline. These terms do not require arbitration, waive a class action or jury trial, select an exclusive court, impose automatic attorney fees, or set a monetary liability cap. They do not exclude responsibility or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted. No change to these terms transfers ownership of member content or authorizes an undisclosed charge.
